You also receive weekly recipes into your inbox, plus tips, nutrition articles and support on our private Face book group where you can share your journey.

Team this with one of 3 different exercise plans to choose from, ranging from unlimited classes 15 classes in total to one on one personal training sessions, or combining a 1x30min Personal training & unlimited classes a week. you get to decide what works for you.
